Edward Baltazar

Edward Baltazar, CPA, is a Partner in the firm’s tax-exempt services group. Edward is primarily responsible for audit engagements and the firm’s quality review. He participates in the training of staff on many topics and is a member of various internal strategic committees. Edward services not-for-profits, commercial and personal tax industries.
Professional Background
Prior to joining the Firm, Edward was employed at two public accounting firms since 1998. His experience was largely focused on audits of tax-exempt organizations as well as corporate clients. Edward has 20 years of experience planning and supervising all aspects of audit and other attest engagements which included working directly with clients to assist with various accounting and business development needs.
Education and Associations
He graduated from Rutgers University Business School with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. His associations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Personal Background
Edward is an active volunteer at his church and the Ridgewood AM Rotary as well as other local not-for-profit organizations in the community. Edward enjoys working with community organizations and helping to promote the values of Rotary which are providing humanitarian service and encouraging high ethical standards in business and the profession.
